Circle of Death rules

To get in the swing of this classic drinking game, be sure to grab at least four players and some alcoholic beverages of your choice. Now let’s break down how to play — here are the steps:

1. Arrange all players around a circular table and take turns drawing cards from the deck.

2. Once someone has drawn a card, they must complete whatever task or act associated with the card – otherwise known as “the challenge” – and then pass it on clockwise until each player has had a turn.

3. The last card drawn carries a particularly significant consequence for anyone who draws it – they are required to drink their entire beverage!

4. After the last card has been drawn, the game ends and players can start a new round or move on to something else.

Here’s a breakdown of all the cards and their corresponding rules:

• Ace – Take one drink

• Two – The player gives out two drinks

• Three – The player takes three drinks

• Four – All players must touch the floor (the last person to do so takes a drink)

• Five – Everyone must point at someone else, the last person to do it drinks up!

• Six – Thumb master- whoever has their thumb on the table when noticed has to take a shot!

• Seven – Heaven- everyone reaches for the sky (the last one to do so takes a swig)

• Eight – Pick mate- pick somebody else to drink with you

• Nine – Rhyme time- the player has to rhyme a phrase, and the rest of the players must follow until someone can’t come up with one and drinks

• Ten – Categories- pick a category and everyone must name something in it. The first one to fail has to gulp down their beverage

• Jack – Floor jokes- everyone takes turns telling floor jokes, the last person to laugh or get it right needs to take a sip

• Queen – Question master- The player gets to ask any other player a question, if they don’t answer they have to chug!

• King – Make a rule – you have the power to make a rule and undo prior rules. If a player draws the fourth and final King card, they must drink the entire contents of the middle cup.

• Joker – Chug-o-meter- the player has to chug for as long as everyone else decides!
